End of the Year Student Survey Task Cards includes 32 ROCK THEMED cards to use to survey your students about the school year. Use the answers to see what worked and what didn’t work this year through the eyes of the children.

I truly believe there are always going to be things I need to work on and what better way to know your strengths and weaknesses as a teacher than to ask the students with whom you spend most of your day!

What is included?

• 16 cards where students rate statements with 1-5 on how much they agree or disagree with the statement.
• 16 cards that are more open ended questions for the students to answer about the school year.

Options for Use

• Use to initiate a whole group discussion about the year.
• Play “Scoot” with included recording sheet.
• Tape cards around the room and have students walk around and answer them on their recording sheet.

★These cards will look awesome in color but will also work well in gray scale. Print on colored card stock to bring up the aesthetic value if you have to print in gray scale.
